We aim for the simplest online ordering experience at the Teak Furniture Company. To that end, our procedures are simple and straightforward.

NO Sales Tax outside of Florida
We do not charge state sales tax for any purchases that are shipped outside the state of Florida. For Florida residents please contact us as we can help reduce the sales tax.

FREE Shipping with FREE curbside Delivery
There are no surprises with us. You will not be charged for standard shipping, handling or delivery fees on your purchases shipped within the contiguous 48 states of America. The trucking company provides curbside delivery and UPS provides front door delivery.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding round trip shipping charges). Please contact us for instructions and the required Return Material Authorization. Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for all returns. All items must be in new condition. After the 30 days, the warranty for your item will be in effect.

Damage due to Shipping
In the unlikely event of shipping damage, immediately report the damage on the shipping paperwork upon delivery. Please contact us for assistance.

Cancellation Policy
For orders with no prior deposit, cancellations may be made by phone (800-603-7133) up to 72 hours prior to shipment of your order. After your order ships, cancelled orders may be returned by contacting us, and obtaining a Return Material Authorization. You will receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding round trip shipping charges and less a 25% restocking fee.

RockWood Lifetime Warranty for Residential Use
RockWood provides an unconditional lifetime warranty against defects deemed by RockWood to be manufacturing defects in its teak furniture. Proper care including routine cleaning appropriate for teakwood and component maintenance is the owner's responsibility. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, normal wear or tampering. To handle a warranty issue please contact us.

RockWood Warranty for Commercial Use
RockWood provides an unconditional 12-year warranty against defects deemed by RockWood to be manufacturing defects in its teak furniture. Proper care including routine cleaning appropriate for teakwood and component maintenance is the owner's responsibility. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, normal wear or tampering. To handle a warranty issue please contact us.

Teak Garden Furniture Warranty
The Teak Garden Furniture warranty applies to the original purchaser that the furniture is fit for its intended, reasonable use and is free from defective materials and workmanship for 3 years. The word "defective", as used in this warranty, is defined as having imperfections which impair the utility of the product. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective components, repair by our woodworking shop, or repair by a third party furniture repair shop authorized by us. If the component is defective we will furnish a replacement or obtain repair service at no cost to the customer. In the unlikely event of product defect, we may require photographs of such defect so that we can determine the most efficient and effective solution. This does not apply to the normal characteristics of wood such as variation in color, small cracks in the end grain or checking of end cut sections, or natural weathering. All returns must be in their original cartons. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, normal wear or tampering. Brazilian Cherry Jatoba Wood Furniture Warranty
The Jatoba Wood Furniture provides a 1 year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. The word "defective", as used in this warranty, is defined as having imperfections which impair the utility of the product. This does not apply to the characteristics of wood such as variation in color, season checking, or natural weathering. All returns must be in their original cartons.
