Simple Procedures
We aim for the simplest online ordering experience at the Teak Furniture Company. To that end, our procedures are simple and straightforward.
NO Sales Tax outside of Florida
We do not charge state sales tax for any purchases that are shipped outside
the state of Florida.
FREE Shipping with FREE curbside Delivery
There are no surprises with us. You will not be charged for standard
shipping, handling or delivery fees on your purchases shipped within the contiguous 48
states of America. The trucking company provides curbside delivery and
UPS provides front door delivery.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase within 5 days of receipt, you may return it for a full refund of the
purchase price (excluding round trip shipping charges and 10% restocking fee). Please
contact us for instructions and the required Return Material Authorization.
Please keep the original packaging, as it is required for all returns.
All items must be in new condition. Customer assembled items may not
be returned.

Damage due to Shipping
Upon delivery fully inspect the furniture. Detain the delivery person
until this is accomplished.
In the unlikely event of shipping damage, immediately describe the damage in
detail on
the delivering persons paperwork prior to signing the delivery receipt.
Obtain your copy of the receipt. If this is not done then the
manufacturer and the freight carrier are no longer responsible.
Provide us a copy of your receipt describing the damage plus pictures of the
damage and we will quickly replace or repair the item.
Cancellation Policy
For orders with no prior deposit, cancellations may be made by phone (800-603-7133)
up to 48 hours prior to shipment of
your order. After your order ships, cancelled orders may be returned by
contacting us, and obtaining a Return Material Authorization. You will
receive a refund of the purchase price, excluding round trip shipping
charges and less a 10% restocking fee.
RockWood Warranty
RockWood provides an
unconditional lifetime warranty for residential use
and an
unconditional 5-year warranty for commercial use against defects deemed by RockWood to be manufacturing defects in its teak furniture. Proper
care including routine cleaning appropriate for teakwood and
component maintenance is the owner's responsibility. This
warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse,
accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, normal wear or
tampering. To handle a warranty issue please

Brazilian Cherry Jatoba Wood
Furniture Warranty
The Jatoba Wood Furniture provides a 1 year warranty against defects
in workmanship and materials. The word "defective", as used in
this warranty, is defined as having imperfections which impair the
utility of the product. This does not apply to the
characteristics of wood such as variation in color, season checking, or
natural weathering. All returns must be in their original cartons. This
warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse,
accident, alteration, misuse, negligence, normal wear or
